and energy savings.
We start with the real requirements: ISEE position, main-home status, property title, planned works and tax capacity. This lets the project begin with the correct documents.

The Fund covers solar systems from 2 to 6 kW at the household’s registered residence. Access is possible only while the GSE window is open and funds remain available: the online request prepares a preliminary check and does not guarantee funding.

50% or 36% in 2026
For eligible work, the deduction is 50% when expenditure is incurred by the owner or holder of a property right on their main home; otherwise it is 36%. The general renovation ceiling is €96,000 per property unit, spread over 10 annual instalments.
